Tunisia ranked 30th in FIFA’s latest ranking
The Tunisia national men’s football team, the Eagles of Carthage, is currently ranked 30th in the world in FIFA’s world ranking. They are ranked third in Africa, just behind Morocco in 11th place and Senegal in 19th place.
The team has seen fluctuations in their ranking in recent years, reaching as high as 14th in May 2018, and as low as 67th in July 2010.
The Eagles of Carthage have qualified for the World Cup six times, including the last world cup in Qatar 2022, where they were eliminated in the group stages after winning one game against France (1-0), losing against Australia (1-0), and drawing against Denmark (0-0).
The team has also had success in the Africa Cup of Nations, winning the tournament once in 2004, and finishing in second place twice in 1965 and 1996
