Morocco qualifies to he 2nd round of WC in Qatar

Morocco scored a major surprise by coming at the top of their group ahead of favorites Belgium and Croatia at the ongoing world cup in Qatar.

Morocco won 2 games against Belgium and Canada and draw against Croatia. In qualifying the 2nd round, Morocco plays the 2nd of group E, potentially Spain or Germany.

This is the second time Morocco qualifies for out of group stages. Their best results in the world cup came in 1986 when they qualified for the first time to the second round.
