Hakimi Selected In IFFHS’s 2022 TEAM
The International Union for History and Statistics chose right-back Ashraf Hakimi as part of the ideal squad for the year 2022. Hakimi was featured in every game of the Atlas Lions to reach the semi-finals of the Qatar 2022 World Cup. He played in Qatar for his second World Cup with Morocco after the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Hakimi, 25, is currently playing at Paris-St-Germain along the best footabllers in the world like Messi, Neymar and Mbape. He has also played with the best European clubs such as Real Madrid, Inter Milan and Borussia Dortmund, before he moved to Paris.
Hakimi won the European Champions League (2017) and the Club World Cup (2018) with Real Madrid, the German Super Cup with Borussia (2019), the Italian Championship with Inter Milan (2021), and the French Championship with Paris Saint-Germain (2022).
